Proposal for Website Maintenance, Office 365 Setup, and IT Support Services

Introduction

Thank you for considering me for your website maintenance, Office 365 setup, and IT support needs. I understand that you require ongoing support for your WordPress website, assistance with setting up Office 365 accounts, and a possibility of on-site or remote IT assistance. This proposal outlines the services Ioffer and our pricing structure to meet those needs.

1. Website Maintenance Services

I offer comprehensive WordPress website maintenance services to ensure your site remains secure, up-to-date, and performs optimally. I understand that your website is a crucial asset, and our services are designed to minimize downtime and potential issues. Here are the key components of our WordPress maintenance service:

• Core, Theme, and Plugin Updates: Regular updates are essential for security and functionality. I will ensure that your WordPress core, themes, and plugins are updated to the latest stable versions.

• Security Monitoring and Hardening: I will implement security best practices to protect your website from vulnerabilities, including regular security scans.

• Regular Backups: I will perform regular backups of your website files and database to ensure that your data can be restored in case of any unforeseen issues.

• Performance Optimization: I will optimize your website's performance, including image optimization and caching, to ensure it loads quickly.

• Content Updates: I can provide content updates, including text changes, image replacements, and minor page modifications, as needed. This will be billed at our hourly rate.

• Website Uptime Monitoring: I will monitor your website to ensure it is online and available to your customers.

I offer the following maintenance package:

Standard Website Maintenance Package - $100/month

• WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates

• Weekly website backups

• Security monitoring and hardening

• Website Uptime Monitoring

• Up to 1 hour of remote support per month for website-related issues. This also includes minor updates and blog posts that you would like shared.  (Additional support billed at our standard hourly rate)

Note: This package does not include extensive content updates, custom development, or significant design changes. Those services are available at our hourly rate.

2. Office 365 Setup

I will set up your three (3) Office 365 accounts to get your team up and running quickly and efficiently. Our Office 365 setup service includes:

• Account creation and configuration for three (3) users

• DNS record configuration to connect your domain to Office 365

• Installation and setup of Office applications on users' computers (if needed)

• Basic training on using Office 365 (email, OneDrive, etc.)

Office 365 Setup Fee: $255 (($85 per account) This is a one-time fee.)

(This would be purchased directly through Microsoft)

3. IT Support Services

I offer both remote and on-site IT support services to address any technical issues you may encounter.

• Remote Support: For most issues, I can provide efficient and cost-effective support remotely. Our remote support services are billed at an hourly rate.

• On-Site Support: For issues that require physical presence, I offer on-site support. Due to the distance, our on-site support includes a travel time fee.

Hourly Rates

• Remote Support: $85 per hour (1-hour minimum)

• On-Site Support: $85 per hour + $42.50 per hour for travel time (billed round trip, portal-to-portal). A minimum of two (2) hours of on-site support will be billed, in addition to travel time.

Example On-Site Support Cost Calculation:

• Assume 3 hours of on-site work and 2 hours of round-trip travel time.

• On-siteRemote work: 3 hours x $85/hour = $255

• Travel time: 2 hours x $42.50/hour = $85 (If needed)

• Total on-site cost: $255 + $85 = $400 (If Onsite)

4. Ongoing Office 365 Support

* I can provide ongoing support for your Office 365 accounts, including user administration, and basic troubleshooting, at our hourly rate of $85.

* Alternatively, I can create a custom monthly support package for O365, if needed.

5. Payment Terms

• Website Maintenance: Billed monthly, in advance.

• Office 365 Setup: 100% upon completion of the setup.

• IT Support: Billed in arrears, upon completion of services.

• Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.

6. Agreement

This proposal is valid for 45 days. Upon your acceptance, I will provide a service agreement outlining the terms and conditions in more detail.
