Office 365 Setup

Set up your four(4) Office 365 accounts.

• Account creation and configuration for four (4) users

• DNS record configuration to connect your domain to Office 365

• Installation and setup of Office applications on users' computers

• Windows 11 Pro Entra join on 3 computers
• Email, Onedrive and Outlook setup on Windows 11 Home laptop.

Office 365 Setup Fee: $340 (($85 per account) This is a one-time fee.)

IT Support Services

I offer both remote and on-site IT support services to address any technical issues you may encounter.

• Remote Support: For most issues, I can provide efficient and cost-effective support remotely. Our remote support services are billed at an hourly rate.

• On-Site Support: For issues that require physical presence, I offer on-site support. Due to the distance, our on-site support includes a travel time fee.

Hourly Rates

• Remote Support: $85 ($100 - 15% discount)  per hour (1-hour minimum)

• On-Site Support: $85 ($100 - 15% discount) per hour + $42.50 per hour for travel time (billed round trip, portal-to-portal). A minimum of two (2) hours of on-site support will be billed, in addition to travel time.

Example On-Site Support Cost Calculation:

• Assume 4 hours of on-site work and 2 hours of round-trip travel time.

• On-site work: 4 hours x $85/hour = $255

• Travel time: 2 hours x $42.50/hour = $85 (If needed)

• Total on-site cost: $340 + $85 = $425 (If Onsite)
